What to Expect:

Taylor and Erika will start by placing gentle needles in selected points to promote overall wellbeing and relaxation. Erika will then guide you into a meditation as you lie comfortably on your mat, supported by pillows, bolsters and cozy blankets. Taylor will then begin to play 7 crystal bowls, a wind Gong, chimes, steel tongue drum and a buffalo drum at the end to reawaken your senses and bring you back into awareness.

What to Bring:

Water, mat to lay on, pillow, blanket and/or bolster (Bella vida will have extras if you don’t have one or if you forget!)

Join us for our first collaboration with AGu as we go on a journey of Rhythmic Healing + Sound Bathing by the ocean…

all Guided by the Akashic Records!

About the Event:

This event is a very unique blend of energy work, reiki, sound healing PLUS somatic movements to get us grounded, centered, and revitalized for a new school year with AG UNIVERSITY!!!!

To start off - Taylor of Taylored Acupuncture + Wellness and Christen Helme of Sounds by Christen will guide you through a beautiful meditation and sound bath.

While our sound healers are at work, AG will do group reiki over everyone to clear out their auric fields to start this fall season off on a fresh note. After the sound bowls, AG will open the Akashic Records and guide you through a series of movements to open your energy centers and release any old, stagnant energy from the body. 

YOU do not have to have any prior experience doing this work - it will come naturally to you. This is rhythmic healing: moving to music, breathing intentionally, and repeating some basic movements together. You will be amazed at how light you feel afterwards!!! 

All levels and ages (18+) are welcome. If AG has any additional messages from the Akashic Records they will be shared in a group setting, as well : ) 

What to Expect:

•   Guided Meditation: We will begin with a short guided meditation to help you settle in 

•   Sound Bath: Let the harmonious vibrations wash over you, promoting balance and tranquility.

•   Intention Setting: Set personal intentions to enhance your experience and healing journey.

•   Rhythmic Healing: Somatic movements to create more space and freedom in your body. 

•   Integration Time: To conclude, we will take a few moments to ground back into our space. 

•   Ocean Cleanse:  Jump in the ocean with us! (this is optional for whoever would like to join.)

What to Bring:

•  Comfortable clothing (option at end to jump in the ocean) 

• Yoga mat or beach towel - either works! We will be laying down at certain points. If you would like to bring an eye mask for the group meditation - go for it!  

•  Pillow or cushion for added comfort during sound bath *optional*

•   Water bottle 

•   Snacks for the ride home because we will be moving some energy! 

•  Fresh/comfy clothing for the drive home if you plan to swim.

Who Can Attend:

All are welcome, whether you are new to this work or a seasoned participant. No prior experience is needed. Come with an open mind and a willingness to let go!

As the sun rises over the beautiful Atlantic Ocean Taylor will guide you into a gentle meditation, then she will play 7 crystal singing bowls, a steel tongue drum, chimes, gong bath and buffalo drum in this 45 minute immersive experience.
