WHATS COVERED:

We will go over foundation information on the history and lineage of Usui Reiki. Usui Mikao himself. This includes the nature of the energy, how it is passed on and how it interacts with the body physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

You will go through a beautiful sacred attunement process that allows you to then have an unlimited supply of universal life force energy. (Reiki)

We practice Reiki on self and others.

WHATS INCLUDED:

You will receive a personalized Level 1 handbook for you to reference during class and later on at your own time
